Windows Live Messenger include the Hotmail was down yesterday morning.

Update â € “MSNBC issued the following statement:
“This morning around 9:30 am PST, the Windows Live ID sign in the service experienced a partial cut that caused some customers may not enroll in services Windows Live ID for about an hour, â € Microsoft said in a statement.

“The service is restored to normal. Microsoft apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused customers.â €

Earlier on Tuesday, millions of users were experiencing problems with Windows Live Hotmail. The service is unavailable Hotmail messages occurred before, due to some problems in the identification service of Windows. Microsoftexamines the technical issues and worked on a revision. While the Hotmail service and not descended from previous work, it seems Microsoft has solved the problem for the email service at least.
Hotmail issues affect anyone who uses Windows Live ID service, which includes services such as Hotmail or IM. Moreover, any attempt to create a new world for the popular Xbox Live online have been affected. Fortunately, the problem has now been set for Hotmail users, at least.
