Nastia Liukin used an instrumental version of a Russian folk song called ‘Dark Eyes’ (I think it’s ‘Ochi Chernye’ in Russian) in her gold medal-winning floor routine. Does anyone know where I can find it to download or buy? Thanks!

In the 2008 olympics gala, Nastia liukin did a beam routine to the song “once upon a december” from the movie anastasia. does anyone know who sings the exact version that she used? I’ve looked on iTunes and a ton of people sing it but none of them are the right ones. Thanks for your help!!
Is there a plain language version of what will happen with credit card laws next year anywhere?

I’m looking to find out if there is a “plain language” version of what will happen once the credit card laws go in to effect next year (I believe February 2010) anywhere.
(Please leave all political commentary aside, I am NOT asking how we got here, or what the Republicans did or didn’t do, or what the Democrats did or didn’t do, I just want to know whether or not there is a way to easily find out.)
